A high level of auxin-type growth regulators. 2.4-D (0.5 mg/l) and 4-CPA (2.0 mg/l). g-enerally favoured monocoty-ledonous cell cul-tu-r-es. while low levels of cytokin. kinetin (0.1 mg/l). were essential for most dicotyledonous cell cultures.
